For clutches and transmissions, consumers often reflect the phenomenon of incomplete separation, slippage, body shaking, and abnormal sound during the course of use. Skipping, chaotic heating, and shock absorber oil leakage often occur.

The main problems that consumers have reflected in the braking system are dragging and sliding, braking distances exceeding the standard, abnormal braking, and running deviations. The quality of automotive tires is not satisfactory, and the mileage used is short, easy to wear, burst, and especially early cracking.

After analysis, it was found that the problem of automobiles with a cost of less than 100,000 yuan was concentrated on the vehicle's tightness and air-conditioning system. From 10 to 200,000 yuan, there are many car body accessories and electrical problems. As a whole, there are fewer complaints about the quality of cars with price above 200,000 yuan. In addition, the number of high-grade vehicles with a value of more than 500,000 yuan also increased. The main issue for complaints was the focus on engines and other issues. The new situation that deserves special attention is that traffic accidents caused by automobile quality problems account for 3% of the complaints.

Consumer complaints about the quality of car services cannot be ignored. Statistics from the Auto Complaint Network show that consumers’ complaints about services account for 33% of the total complaints. Some consumers reflected that the same problem, from the owners of 4s stores to technical authorities, repeated close to 20 times, still did not solve the problem, helpless owners only to the maintenance company to court.

After all, what kind of maintenance standards should a car have? Can the three bags of cars be introduced smoothly? Who will compensate for users who are tortured by erratic maintenance?
